Rebooking Options at the time of schedule change

(a) Schedule change less than 60 minutes- in case schedule changes are made in less than 60 minutes, then the passenger needs to pay

(C) Schedule change 120 minutes or greater – if the passenger schedules the change before 120minutes or even earlier than if the flight is scheduled, then the passenger can

• Rebook any flight within the same city pairs.
• Co-located city on the same day that is a day before the original flight
• In case no flight is scheduled within that time period, then the airlines may move the passenger up to 7 days in the desired direction.
• The passengers need to pay cancellation charges for the same or the difference of the fare as may be applicable and can be waived off as the case may be.

(a) Schedule change less than 60 minutes- In case the passenger wants to cancel the flight before the 60minutes of the departure

(b) Schedule change between 60 and 119 minutes- In case the passenger cancels the flight between 60-119minutes before departure, then the following policies are applicable-

• The cancellation can be made without any penalty.
• The JetBlue Ticket will be in open status and applicable for one 1year.
• In case the fare is increased, then the passengers need to pay the charges,
• A refund of the amount will not be provided.
• The charges can be waived off if the waive-off policy is applicable.

(b) Schedule change 120 minutes or greater – If the passenger cancels the flight before 120minutes of the departure, then the following policies are attracted-

• Passengers can cancel the reservation without penalty
• A refund can be initiate on the passenger request without penalty
